• Where ashes are returned by carrier according to the services ordered, any liability is limited to the relevant carrier’s standard liability as stated in their published trading terms. Paws2Ashes does not accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience of any nature suffered or incurred by any customer due to delay or non-delivery of ashes.
• Paws2Ashes reserves the right to dispose of paid or unpaid goods (including but not limited to ashes) six months from the supply of goods. Unclaimed ashes will be respectfully scattered or disposed of appropriately.
• While every reasonable effort is made to accommodate specific written requests, Paws2Ashes cannot guarantee compliance with such requests.
• Paws2Ashes does not accept responsibility or liability for any belongings or possessions sent to the crematorium with your pet that you wish to be returned upon delivery or collection of ashes. Any items/belongings will be discarded or cremated with your pet as per your instructions.
•Paws2ashes ("the Platform") operates as an intermediary online marketplace connecting pet owners ("Users") with independent pet cremation service providers ("Providers"). The Platform does not directly provide cremation services. Users acknowledge that any cremation services booked through the Platform are provided solely by the selected Provider, and Paws2ashes bears no responsibility for the execution of these services. By using the Platform, Users agree to enter into direct contractual relationships with Providers for cremation services.
